Q. How quickly do you send the goods out?
A. If the goods are in stock usually the same or next day if they have to be ordered in about seven days.
Q. Does the price on your website include v.a.t.?
A. yes all our prices include v.a.t.
Q. Do you arrange installation?
A. Yes within a twenty mile radius of Stockport, if you are out of this area and it is a gas fire you have ordered, we have a link to the corgi website http://www.corgi-gas-safety.com/
Which has a list of qualified installers throughout the U.K. if it is an electric fire most of these just plug in and need no specialised installation.
Q. Do you deliver outside the U.K?
A. as standard the answer is no but we can offer a bespoke service, please e-mail your requirements to info@glenwoodfurnishing.co.uk
Q, Is there a showroom where I can see your goods?
A. Yes we have a showroom just outside Stockport in Cheshire it would be worth giving us a call to check the model is in stock, if not we could e-mail or post images and specifications to you.
Q. What if I don’t? Know what type of chimney or flue I have?
A. Give us a call and we’ll try to sort it out with you over the phone.
Q. What if the item I want is not on your website?
A. Please contact us and we will give you an answer by return. We can supply almost all makes and models.
Q. I have a query which doesn’t seem to be answered on your website?
A. Please feel free to phone or e-mail us as we are happy to help with any query.
Q. I don’t like entering my card details on the internet?
A. You can call our showroom and give the card details over the phone or if you prefer you can send us a cheque, although this will slow up delivery as we have to wait for clearance.
